Sole contractor - Our building team has all the experience necessary to take your project from the design stage to completion.
Demolition - Demolition of any existing structures and stripping out of the work area will be carried out with the minimum of disruption to the the remainder of your property.
Foundations - Depending on access we will use as much machinery as possible to speed up this stage. Once dug and filled with concrete we can start to build your extension.
Building - We will do this as quickly as possible in order to make your property water tight and secure. It normally starts with erecting the structural steel and then the rest of the walls can be built.Fit out - Once water tight we can start the fit out. From bedroom to playroom, from kitchen to bathroom we will fit all electrics, plumbing and finishes to the highest of standards.
