Sole Contractor - Our basement dig team has all the experience necessary to take your project from the design stage to completion.
Structural Work, Underpinning and Digging - The exiting foundations of your property will be underpinned to allow the basement to be dug. This will be carried out with the minimum of disruption to the the remainder of your property. The walls and floors of the house will be supported with steel structures.
Waterproofing - When the basement is dug and the structural work is completed the the whole space will be waterproofed. This can be done in several ways depending on the nature of the surrounding ground.
Fit out - Once water tight we can start the fit out. From bedroom to playroom, from kitchen to bathroom we will fit all electrics, plumbing and finishes to the highest of standards.
